ECO-Entgratungscenter GmbH, a subsidiary of MEWO GmbH & Co. KG, is one of the leading specialists in the field of cryogenic deburring, including integrated pre- and post-processing washing and drying stages. We offer high-precision machining solutions for technical and industrial components made of plastic, rubber, non-ferrous metals and sophisticated composite materials – across a wide range of sectors for applications in the food industry, medical technology, industry, mechanical engineering, sealing technology, electronics, as well as in the aerospace and automotive sectors. The process operates at controlled temperatures ranging from -20°C to -150°C and is particularly suitable for complex and delicate geometries. Moulded parts can be cryogenically treated as bulk material or as insert parts/set pieces in item-specific holders (German patent application DE 10 2016 006 288.6).

Through the use of state-of-the-art, application-specific plant technology, we guarantee maximum process reliability, consistently high quality, and cost-effective and efficient order processing. The close integration with our parent company enables us to develop and manufacture machinery and plant technology directly on-site – a decisive advantage in terms of flexibility and innovative strength. Whether you require contract deburring or are interested in your own plant, ECO + MEWO offers both options, backed by over 70 years of expertise.

In our technical centre, we carry out sample deburring and test series at short notice under conditions close to those of series production. This enables us to ensure optimal results at an early stage and tailor individual solutions specifically to your requirements.

Our range of services covers the entire spectrum of cryogenic deburring: from expert advice and process development through to sample processing and reliable contract deburring. In addition, we offer contingency planning for production downtime as well as training to sustainably improve the efficiency of your processes.
