About us
Since 1959, deller plastics has stood for innovative and cost-effective injection molding of complex precision plastic components made from nearly all thermoplastic materials. With a state-of-the-art machinery fleet and qualified specialists, we deliver customized solutions for demanding high-end applications across various industries.
We have our own toolmaking department, which enables us to implement cost-efficient and rapid modifications to existing injection molds according to your needs. The development of new molds within our toolmaking facility also allows us to achieve the highest possible quality from each injection mold.
Our expertise includes processing high-performance plastics such as PPS, PEEK, PBT, PPA, and PA-X, which are characterized by excellent thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties. A particular highlight is our ability to produce large series with zero-defect standards – a quality promise we fulfill through continuous process optimization and state-of-the-art testing equipment.
