About us
CAVITÄT – Precision Meets Passion in Toolmaking and Injection Molding Technology. CAVITÄT GmbH embodies a promise: holistic quality in every step of product development. For over a quarter of a century, we have combined in-depth expertise with genuine enthusiasm for toolmaking and injection molding to offer our customers not only excellent products, but also economical, reliable, and cost-efficient manufacturing. From computer-aided evaluation of article data and tool redesign to simulation of gating, filling, and warpage, we always work in partnership with our customers with the same goal: maximum added value and process reliability for our customers both domestically and internationally. For us, every project is only complete when the parts and the tool have been sampled, measured, and optimized. Complete documentation is provided in the form of a manual, and the production equipment is marked with the CE marking, confirming the product conformity with applicable EU regulations. Maximum occupational safety and efficiency for our employees, as well as customer protection, are our driving forces behind this essential organizational effort.
Products & services

Assessment of the product for suitability for use with plastics
We develop products tailored to the specific plastics and tooling, focusing on series production capability and process stability. FEM analyses, as well as filling and warpage simulations, ensure optimal design. Counter-crowning is precisely defined, and corrections are systematically planned. Project and mold management is integrated seamlessly within the ERP system for transparent, on-time, and cost-effective processes.

Tool Design and Component Development
We design and develop tools and components based on our own specifications when no customer requirements are available. Hazard analyses for CE marking, along with the optimal selection of steel and cooling systems, ensure stable processes, dimensional accuracy, and short cycle times. FEM, filling, and warpage analyses enable early optimization. Corrective action phases are planned systematically, and project and mold management is handled within the ERP system.

Toolmaking
Our toolmaking facility is designed for fully automated production. High-precision components become the means of production. Job management, laser measurement with wear detection, and palletizing ensure reproducible quality. Fully automated electrode production and EDM increase efficiency and precision. ERP systems guarantee adherence to deadlines, transparent processes, and traceability.

FOT and Initial Sampling
We support FOT and initial sample inspection with a structured process and targeted process optimization. Metrology, as well as laser and CT scanning, ensure the highest measurement accuracy. All results are documented and compared during the inspection to optimally test measurement parameters and processes.

Ende of Arm Tools
We develop end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for automated processes with the aim of reducing personnel costs and shortening cycle times. Through integrated quality assurance, our solutions enable stable 24/7 production with defined storage of test parts and consistently high process reliability.

Parts manufacturing, from prototypes to high-volume production
We manufacture components ranging from prototypes to high-volume production and ensure quality through PPAP, capability studies, and SPC. Detailed inspection reports provide transparency and traceability. Picking robots ensure reproducible processes, high process stability, and reliable mass production.
