The RST Thermoforming cutting mills are equipped with a special feed device, which can be configured in either a vertical or horizontal orientation. The feeding of the die-cutting grids into the mill hopper is frequency-controlled or controlled by a dancer arm, thus adapting the feed rate to the feed speed of the production machine and compensating for fluctuations. The machines feature a torsionally rigid, one-piece rotor – available in open or closed designs. This ensures smooth, unbalanced operation and high torque.
