About us
Founded in 1996, Granula Polymer GmbH is a family-run company based in Groß-Umstadt (Hesse) and certified according to ISO 14001 and 9001.
Today's core areas are the manufacture and sale of customer-specific masterbatches and universally applicable cleaning granules. The company has been developing and producing cleaning granules for injection molding machines and extrusion systems since 2008. The investment in an extensive, multi-year development phase included several research projects, scientific papers and patents.
In 2023 and 2024, Granula Polymer GmbH was named "Employer of the Future".
In January 2025, Granula Polymer was awarded the German Excellence Prize.

Kundenspezifische Masterbatches
Since its founding in 1996, Granula Polymer has been developing customized masterbatches. In particular, black masterbatches under the name GranaBlack and electrically conductive masterbatches of the EXL Series, for example with applications in powder coating, are among our long-standing core products. Depending on the customer's requirements, we develop specific recipes and produce the products on our machine park in Germany.
