As an exhibitor at the trade fair, you play an important role in shaping a sustainable event.
Here are some practical tips to make your participation more sustainable:
Whenever possible, use public transportation or carpool with your colleagues.
If possible, choose a hotel within walking distance and/or one that follows eco-friendly practices.
Consolidate your shipments and, whenever possible, use transport and logistics providers that follow sustainable practices.
Prefer local suppliers to support the local economy and reduce transportation distances.
Choose suppliers that meet environmental and social criteria.
If you serve food at your booth, prefer locally sourced and plant-based products, and avoid using single-use plastics.
Avoid food waste by ordering only the quantities you need.
Actively participate in the various initiatives and discussions during the event that support sustainable development in the plastics industry.
Inspire visitors by showcasing the sustainable features of your products.
Use our all-in-one booth package and the numerous customization options.
Avoid printed information materials. Instead, take advantage of our smart badge technology (uploading documents and information) and actively encourage visitors to scan your smart badge reader at the booth.
If printed materials are unavoidable in certain cases, choose reusable materials (without date stamps).
