      Extraction system R300

In particular when processing special or high-performance plastics, gas emissions that are hazardous to health, such as aldehydes and phosphines, can occur for procedural reasons. Our flue gas extraction device R300 is equipped with high-quality activated carbon filter cartridges. Even the tiniest of molecules adhere to the surface of these special filters. With its rotatable and pivoting extraction arm, the flue gas extraction device offers the greatest amount of flexibility as well as point-source extraction of hazardous substances directly at their point of origin.

      Extraction technology

Solutions for the Extraction of Ozone and Nitrogen Oxides In the context of plasma and corona treatment processes, larger amounts of ozone and nitrogen oxides (NOx) can be produced. At Tantec, we take the health aspects of these emissions very seriously and continuously develop customized extraction solutions that are specifically tailored to individual requirements. The FlensAir series from our subsidiary FlensTech for smoke and gas extraction is ideally suited for the direct capture of pollutant-laden air at its source. We offer specially developed system solutions and specific designs that are quickly and precisely manufactured using 3D printing technology. By using up to seven filter stages, particles, smoke, fine dust, and process gases are effectively removed and, after cleaning, safely exhausted, for example. After an extensive development phase, we proudly present our innovative and compact localized extraction system for plasma surface treatment. This specialized system effectively addresses the problem of eliminating hazardous gases such as ozone and nitrogen oxides directly at their point of origin. In our own 3D printing production, we place particular emphasis on materials with flame-retardant properties and high dimensional stability under heat. Thanks to our flexible manufacturing techniques, we can accommodate individual customer requirements and offer even more efficient solutions. Our extraction hoods are adaptable and are suitable for both single plasma nozzles and systems with multiple nozzles.

    3. Extrusion

      Extrusion

During extrusion and coextrusion procedures, thermoplastic profiles are generated for use in various fields of application. Depending on the specifications, these procedures particularly assure optimal properties. The own PVC material compounding enables us very flexibly to your requirements. The extrusion method also permits the production of profiles from mineral-reinforced or fiber-reinforced materials. Profile weights from 10.0 g – 6,000 g/m Manufacture of profiles up to 700 mm width Coextrusion and multi-layered coextrusion in combination with hard and/or soft plastics Saving time and costs by inline packing (e.g., drilling, punching, printing) Production of silicon profiles

    5. Fast clamping Systems: Reduced st-up times for tool changes

Fast clamping Systems: Reduced st-up times for tool changes

No matter whether in plastic injection molding, metal powder injection molding or on die casting systems. Our quick-clamping system saves you time and money when changing tools Factors such as efficiency and flexibility are playing an increasingly important role in modern production processes. This demand for flexibility means that injection molding companies face the constant challenge of ever smaller batch sizes, the desire for ever smaller inventories and just-in-time deliveries. A key factor in such flexible production processes is the minimization of machine setup costs and thus significant time savings in the changeover process in order to ensure even more productivity and thus added value in a secure process.
